BOOKING POLICY

To ensure the smooth running of our services and to respect the time of all clients, please carefully read the following booking terms:

• A non-refundable deposit of £20 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your final payment.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. While the deposit remains non-refundable, it can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if sufficient notice (24 hours) is given.

• In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to arrange a new time.

• Full payment is due at the end of each session

• We appreciate your understanding that missed appointments, cancellations, or non-payment disrupt our availability and services for others. This is why the deposit is strictly non-refundable.
