
BOOKING POLICY
To ensure the smooth running of our services and to respect the time of all clients, please carefully read the following booking terms:
A non-refundable deposit of £20 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your final payment.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. While the deposit remains non-refundable, it can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if sufficient notice (24 hours) is given.
In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to arrange a new time.
Full payment is due at the end of each session
We appreciate your understanding that missed appointments, cancellations, or non-payment disrupt our availability and services for others. This is why the deposit is strictly non-refundable.
